About the Role
As our field customer success, you will become our compass to seek customers that have problems controlling their plant pests. You will take control in planning, managing, observing, reporting, and analyzing the research process and trial on customers field that becomes a significant input for our sales team in achieving the company targets. You can also formulate the best strategy to win the market based on the data you provide. Customer Success, R&D, Operational and Creative Strategist will become your frequent partner in crime. Always maintain a good relationship with our customers and distributors.
About the escapade
- Make strategic and technical planning for doing field trial to succeeding PAI sales goals.
- Educate and socialize PAI’s product knowledge to customer.
- Make field trial proposal for doing product demo plot.
- Do field trial and collecting field data through field observation.
- Documenting field activities.
- Provide field data & other relevant data.
- Make field trial report.
- Analyze field trial result.
- Succeeding field trial on customers field.
- Report and present trial result to the authority.
- Establish network to the new customer.
- Support Customer Success by maintaining network on existing customer and do after sales program.
- Create good relation and impact to the customer.
About the requirements
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Preferably from Agronomy studies or related.
- Have strong research skills for doing field trials on the B2B market.
- An Agile person whose highly initiative, have Courage and Continuous improvement mentality while Integrity is a must-have one.
- Excellent communication and good presentation skill to properly explain technical terms in an easy-to-understand way.
- Willing to be placed in Sumatera Selatan.
About the Team
Our Field Customer Success is a part of the Customer Success team that has a crucial role in getting up customers’ trust in Pandawa Agri Indonesia Products through presentations and conducting field trials. Field Customer success teams are placing in various regions in Indonesia. You will be traveling a lot to visit several areas with a challenging mode.
Every Friday, we have PAI-Day that connects all teams wherever they are. So, As a field team, Field Customer Success no need to be sad can’t get close to the other team, you will. We play, updating life, and joking with each other in PAI-Day. For good measure, we are a fun-loving and hardworking team of individuals who enjoy each other’s company, especially over good food and good convo.
