As our business grows, we need a finance team to help us record our finance data to ease decision-making in our operational activities and also to improve our financial system to be more effective and efficient.
Finance Buddies will not only perform administrative functions but will also collaborate with several departments, especially to collect data from all departments and provide it to the top, so you will be a buddies to other departments. That’s why your title is Finance Buddies instead of Finance Admin, etc. Pandawa Agri is currently looking for you! Someone, especially with the mindset of business sustainability. - Have great financial knowledge is a must (Degree in Accounting/Management/FinanceAdministration)
- Love to work on detail
- Have a serving and helping soul
- Friendly with Excel and sheet
- Good communication
- Great at manage their time
- Humble to accept different habit, thought, values and culture
- Willing to be placed in Banyuwangi
Your Contribution :
- Communicating to users from all department about the disburse and follow up its settlement
- Recap data and filling for the invoice received
- Provide any document needed for invoicing
- Helping accountant to provide voucher needed in a period of time
- Communicate to coordinating, dealings and providing data to external parties regarding several matters
- Helping finance teams to provide necessary requested data
