We need your help to achieve our goals by jointly spreading company values & culture to attract the right, talented, and fit talent. You will join the People and Organization Development department with other team members who will become your buddies and mentors. In addition, you will also do this together with the supervisor who will accompany you.
What you will do?
- Who we are looking for Responsible for helping end-to-end recruitment process from coordinating staffing needs with OD and user, job posting, sourcing, until pre-onboarding mechanism.
- Maintain candidate database support for all necessary administration relating to the hiring process
- Manage HR-related projects for hiring events such as job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Initiate content planning for employer branding purposes
- Contribute to planning hiring plan with OD for a long-term purpose
Who we are looking for
- Final year student or fresh graduate from psychology or management
- Passionate about people and recruitment
- Preferably someone who has experience in content writing or doing some basic graphic design will be an advantage
