Field Customer Success at Pandawa Agri Indonesia

Indonesia has many developing areas of oil palm and forestry plantations. These commodities are commodities that play a major role in meeting the needs of human life. In their industry, this commodity is by far the most efficient in meeting this need. Environmentally friendly agricultural approaches should be of particular concern to make this sector able to meet these needs while still paying attention to environmental sustainability. So that the way we meet today’s needs does not compromise the environment’s ability to support future needs. Seeing this issue, Pandawa Agri took steps to participate in providing environmentally friendly product solutions that can reduce the use of pesticides.
The Customer Success field plays an important role as the first person to introduce sustainable agricultural product solutions, bridge relationships with customers, and ensure products can be used optimally.In achieving the mission of producing sustainable agricultural products, Field Customer Success will be part of the Customer Success team that helps business growth in developing sales & marketing strategies in the B2B Market for wider product adoption and impacts.
What will you do?
- Giving product presentations, demonstration plots/trials, observations, and making reports
- Planning and implementing an after-sales program
- Make strategic planning for Sales & Marketing strategy on the B2B market to achieve annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a relationship with customers
What we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture field (preferably Agronomy/Plant Disease Pests)
- Preferably Male with excellent communication and good presentation skills
- Willing to be placed in the Riau or Jambi area
- Have a strong research skill for doing field trials on the B2B market
- Have an A-Driving lisecense is a must (SIM A)
- Having sales/marketing experience will be preferred
