The WHY
Pandawa Agri Indonesia (PAI) is the first life science-based company from Indonesia, and we are the only company that has innovation in the development of pesticide reductant products and has the vision to create healthier agriculture. As we enter the smallholder farmer sector, we aim to make millions of farmers more prosperous.
Currently, we are looking for an agripreneur with market-related deep experience to scale our initiatives through market penetration in one of the most beautiful islands in East Indonesia, Mbay. You’ll lead our commercial department, which connects farmers with many kinds of buyers (end customers, retailers, or even big distributors). Success is measured by the total harvested crop sold.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales management
Strong sales acumen is a must, including forecasting and pipeline management. The individual must be able to prospect, build, and maintain a strong pipeline of deals and actively track performance against the given sales target. - Teamwork
Work with cross-functional stakeholders internally, hand in hand with other business unit team members, to execute the strategy, and achieve OKR and sales targets. - Data Analysis & Insight
With in-depth data analysis of partner performance, pipeline, and business, drive and develop partner-specific growth strategies. Present plans based upon data-driven insights to establish sales goals and business plans.
