For that reason, rice supply security is very important.As the rice producer country, Indonesia currently has an issue with it that makes rice prices in some regions rise consecutively. Land conversion, increased demand, climate change, and soil health may be the root causes of rice scarcity. We must optimize our rice field productivity to strengthen our food security.Pandawa Agri Indonesia (PAI) has innovation that can reduce synthetic input, so it can improve soil health while also increasing productivity. Good for the planet and more profit for farmers.
What you will do?
- Influence farmers to join our PPAI Technology
- Doing socialization of PPAI Technology
- Accompany farmers from land preparation until harvest to observe the rice’s growth.
- A field assistant will be a reliable partner for the farmers.
- A field assistant will be the translator of PAI innovation and policies to the farmers.
- Engage with farmers to build trust each other
- Engage with other stakeholders (dinas pertanian, koperasi, badan penyuluhan pertanian)

- Agriculture knowledge is a must (Degree in Agriculture)
