Field Assistant at Pandawa Agri Indonesia
THE WHY
At PAI, we believe that the future of Indonesian coffee isn’t just in the cup—it’s in the soil. While global demand is at an all-time high, the land is tired. Years of heavy synthetic use have left a mark on our soil health and our carbon footprint, making the transition to low-carbon coffee a necessity rather than a choice.
We don’t claim to have all the answers, but we have a start: PPAI Technology. Our mission in Lampung is to work side-by-side with local farmers to rejuvenate their land and prove that low-carbon coffee isn’t just a “green” trend—it’s the only way for Indonesian farmers to stay competitive. We’re looking for someone to be our boots on the ground, learning from the farmers as much as they teach, and helping us build a legacy where Indonesian coffee thrives because the land is healthy again.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
To turn this vision into reality, we need a connector. We need someone who can ensure the collaboration flows seamlessly and solve any communication bottlenecks on the ground.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the main liaison between PAI, partners, and the farmers, ensuring proactive and clear communication to avoid any coordination delays.
- Master of Implementation: Educate and guide farmers in adopting PPAI Technology from land preparation to harvest.
- Field Partnership: Spend time in the field to build trust, monitor coffee growth, and provide hands-on assistance.
- Proof of Success: Collect and report field data effectively (Excel/Sheets) to show the real-world impact of our technology.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
