The why
We believe that good decisions start with well-managed data. Right now, we’re in a phase where we’re gradually building and improving our internal systems—making them more structured, connected, and reliable.
We see data as something practical. Not just numbers, but a tool that helps us understand what’s really happening on the ground and make better decisions, even in uncertain situations.
Through this role, you’ll support that process. You’ll work closely with different teams, learn how they operate, and help translate day-to-day needs into more structured data and systems.
This is a learning space as much as it is a working one. So if you enjoy figuring things out, asking questions, and turning something messy into something more organized—this could be a good place to grow.
