Field Assistant

Responsibilities

1. As a farmer partner, you will work side-by-side with farmer to provide farmer with innovative good agriculture practices offered by PAI.
2. As a sales person, you will doing strategic planning to drive innovative-product adoption in smallholder farmer sector.
3. As a business development person, you will always looking for untapped smallholder farmers communites on your territory’s.

Qualification

1. Undergraduate from reputable university in Agriculture or related field (preferbly from Agriculture)
2. Enjoy to work with farmers and love to solve highly complex farmer’s problem.
3. Have strong leadership, managerial, analytical, and networking skills.
4. Excellent communication skills and good presentation skills are much appreciated!
5. An agile person who able to test new initiatives, improve and scaling up smoothly.
6. Willing to be placed on Nagekeo, NTT and have a driving license (SIM C).
7. If you come from Nagekeo, you have bigger chance!
