Community Development Associate

About the position

You will work with a variety of government and private stakeholders (farmer cooperative, finance institution, local and global offtaker) to develop and implement initiative that transform South Sumatera regions into closed-loop sustainable coffee ecosystem.

Responsibilities

1. Work side-by-side with our Field Assistant.
2. Develop partnerships, research studies, business models, field trials, and initiatives.
3. Guide initiative strategy decisions based on data and evidence from the field, maximizing impact and minimizing cost.

Qualification

1. Undergraduate from reputable university in Agriculture, Agribusiness, KPM (Komunikasi Pengembangan Masyarakat) or related field.
2. Experience in running rural development and agriculture project with local and global multi-stakeholders.
3. Enjoy to work with farmers and develop creative solutions to solve highly complex farmer’s problem.
4. Have strong leadership, managerial, analytical, and networking skills.
5. Excellent communication skills and good presentation skills are much appreciated!
6. An agile person who able to test new initiatives, improve and scaling up smoothly.
