The WHY
Pandawa Agri Indonesia (PAI) is the first life science-based company from Indonesia and the only company that had innovation in pesticides reductants. PAI has the vision to create sustainable agriculture.
Being a smallholder farmer in Indonesia is challenging. They have small land ownership, high input price, long distribution chain, and marketing issue that is the most critical that can determine yield price. The majority of Indonesian smallholder farmers live in poverty.
Moreover, farmers in Nagekeo, NTT, live in rural areas whose makes them far from information compared to farmers in Java. They were left behind. Their yield productivity is a bit much lower than average national productivity. PAI has a smallholder initiative that aims to make millions of farmers more prosperous by increasing their yield productivity through our sustainable agriculture practices “PPAI technology”.
We’re on the journey to bring more innovation to farmers in East Nusa Tenggara. We need passionate innovators to help our farmers reach their maximum potential by being farmer buddies. An innovator by making designs and testing new hypotheses to provide more impactful innovation. A researcher by collecting field data to measure our impact and shape the growth of our innovation within the farmer’s ecosystem.
