The WHY
Pandawa Agri Indonesia is one of the innovative agriscience companies in developing reductant technology in Indonesia. Over decades we are facing problems in agriculture such as land degradation, plant pests resistance, producing pollutants in the environment because of agrochemical input, declining in yields crop and its quality. Many researchers and scientists around the world join a team force to solve the problems and make the world better.
The pandemic makes people around the world realize of the impact on the environment that we made is enormous. Therefore, we need you to join our innovation force as an R&D trialist.
As an R&D trialist, we expect you will be developing and managing research trials, monitoring the effects of experiments on crops and targeted objects in the field or laboratory. You may be involved with the entire process, or just one particular stage of the research procedure. We need you to work closely with other departments and will play a key role in making large-scale scientific research happen. Afterward, You will be in charge to communicate your findings in a detailed report or presentation to ascertain product safety and enhance marketing/sales information or to develop new products.
Moreover, as science geeks, we know that telling the world about your findings is important. So that, we are supporting you to involve in scientific seminars and make publications. Plus, if you are passionate about food safety and SDGs then you are the missing puzzle that we are looking for.
