WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Have a background in Psychology, Management, Education, HR, or a related field — ideally with 1 year of experience in people development (but fresh grads are welcome, especially if you’re eager to learn fast!)
  • Passionate about helping people grow, whether through teaching, coaching, mentoring, facilitating, or simply being a thoughtful listener
  • Naturally curious about how people think, learn, and grow. Interested in behavioral science and workplace learning
  • Enjoy facilitating meaningful conversations and helping others reflect on their experiences
  • Have strong project management skills, with great attention to detail — especially when managing logistics, documentation, and learning operations
  • Enjoy building genuine connection with people across teams and able to communicate well across stakeholders
  • Enjoy writing — from crafting learning materials to writing clear, impactful reports
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Zoom, and other tools that support digital learning
  • Adapt quickly, learn fast, and willing to be located in Banyuwangi

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Learning Facilitation & Culture
    Support and co-facilitate learning sessions, discussions, and reflection activities, while helping individuals and teams gain meaningful insights for their growth. Help build a strong learning culture by encouraging knowledge sharing and supporting development conversations.
  • Learning Program Operations
    Manage end-to-end program logistics—from preparation to evaluation—while ensuring smooth execution, organized documentation, and a good participant experience.
  • Content & Project Support
    Assist in developing learning materials and researching topics related to behavioral science and people development to improve learning quality.
  • Learning Program Ownership
    Take ownership of a learning initiative, handling planning, execution, and evaluation while collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Onboarding Program Management
    Support onboarding programs and continuously improve the experience. Act as a buddy for new hires during their adaptation process.
  • Administrative & Reporting
    Maintain training records, track feedback, and create simple reports or dashboards to generate insights that help improve learning programs and people development.
